This Agreement constitutes the complete Agreement between you and Lovgo which has stipulated all the rules for your use of the resources of Lovgo, and substitute for all the formal written or oral Agreement between you and Lovgo. This Agreement is subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any clause of this Agreement is invalid by the judicial department, this clause should be abolished. But the other clauses continue to be in force. Lovgo reserves the right to take actions towards the illegal practice of yours or other users.
8. Lawsuit
Any dispute caused by or concerning with the Agreement or the service will be submitted to the People's court in the location of the Website. The verdict shall be final and both of parties are bound by that. This Agreement is subjected to the law of the People's Republic of China.
